  1. This is the readme file for the endfloat package v2.2

  3. Endfloat is a LaTeX package.  Versions 2.1 and above require
  4. LaTeX2e.
  5.  
  6. Accompanying files should be:

  8.     readme.txt (or readme.endfloat)    This file
  9.     endfloat.dtx            Docstrip archive
  10.     endfloat.ins            (La)TeX batch file

  13. Overview:
  14.   the package places figures and tables at the end of the document,
  15.   as often requested by journals for non-camara ready submission.

  17. Installation:
  18.  
  19. Run
  20.  
  21.   latex endfloat.ins
  22.  
  23. This will produce two files, endfloat.sty and endfloat.drv .  You
  24. can run LaTeX on endfloat.drv for the documentation.

  26. You should copy the file endfloat.sty to where you keep
  27. your (La)TeX inputs.

  29. Changes since version 2.1:
  30.   See documentation for details.  Major changes: added options
  31.   for suppressing "Tables" and "Figures" section heads, for
  32.   switching order of tables and figures.  Use of package options
  33.   generally.

  50. some known bugs (see the documentation), there may very well be
